You’ll notice it by my face and stomach first, slowly my eyes will seem bigger and I’ll look like I’ve not been sleeping and my shirts will seem baggier then usual, after a while you’ll notice my weakness and how I shiver often, now my pants are obviously too big and I’m struggling to keep them up while my hands and wrists look so frail that you’re scared of my touch. It all happens slowly but far too quick to others.
I can get skinny. I can lose weight. I can reach my goals. It only takes time, keep trying, keep going.

sit down to dinner and look at your plate. take what you would normally eat in a meal.
now, divide the meal in half.
you should have two smaller meals now. eat only one.
do you feel that? it’s fat. running down your throat and straight into your problem areas. thighs, hips, legs, stomach, chest, arms, butt, calves, hands, cheeks.
weeks roll by and you’re cutting each meal you consume into two neat little halves.
now.
take a half.
divide it again.
you should have a quarter of what you used to eat, yes?
eat it. fat.
fat fat fat fat fat. it’s fat. it’s calories. it’s carbohydrates. it’s sugars. you’re eating that.
